I don’t have my backup file, can you help me restore my wallet?

Unfortunately, if you don’t have your keystore file, there is nothing we can do. For security reasons, wallets can only be accessed with a private key that’s included in your backup file. Without it, no one can access a wallet, not even us! This way we guarantee your funds are always safe and only accessed by you or the person with the corresponding private key.

For this reason, we strongly recommend backing up your wallet and keeping the keystore file safe at all times.
